Automated Account & Compliance Check During Shift Scheduling
It would be super helpful if the Workforce by Mapal system could automatically check that staff accounts and certificates are up to date whenever we schedule shifts. Sometimes we accidentally assign hours to someone with an expired work permit or an inactive profile, and only find out after.
If there was a quick warning in the scheduler about these issues, it would save us time and help us avoid compliance problems. Just a pop-up or alert when something’s missing would make a big difference.

Great suggestion! Spotting expired certificates or inactive accounts right when we schedule shifts would save us a lot of headaches. Thanks for pointing this out—I totally agree that an automatic alert in Workforce by Mapal would help the whole team stay compliant and avoid last-minute surprises. Let’s hope the MAPAL team considers adding this soon!
