Manual refresh + data freshness indicator for Missions

We’d love a small enhancement: a visible “data last updated” timestamp on the Missions screen, plus an optional manual refresh button (with clear success/error feedback). This would help store and district leaders quickly trust what they’re seeing—especially during busy trading periods or after known data pipeline delays. Bonus: a banner when freshness exceeds a configurable threshold (e.g., 6 hours). Would anyone else find this useful?
